Aiming to enhance parental involvement in students’ education, ADEC has launched eSIS.

Parent Assistant offers parents the ability to view student information from anywhere in which they have access to the internet.
This open, yet secure, distribution of information serves to improve the effectiveness of parental involvement in student education.
P-12, ADULT & HOME STUDENTS DEMOGRAPHICS, REGISTRATION & TRANSFERS
The initial registration window is the starting place for all student information. Information concerning student demographics can be entered and maintained both on this screen, and in a set of related screens titled Student Demographics or Basic Information.
Registration & Transfers can be handled using the enrollment screen
Registration & Transfers can be handled using the enrollment screen, where the user can enroll a new student for either the current or next academic year by selecting the proper options; the user can then upload the required document and send the student record for Zone approval.
The user can also withdraw or transfer a student record from and to Public and Private schools within the same or differing zones.
SCHOOL INFORMATION, FACILITIES, STAFF, GRADES
The School screen holds all of a school's basic information, such as school ID, type, locations, as well as contacts details, in both English and Arabic.
It also displays staff records and grade details for the current and next academic year, as well as homeroom and classroom lists.
In addition, it defines school schedules and the related reporting periods that are used in the Mark Entry screens.
DAILY ATTENDANCE & SMS
Student Attendance is tracked daily and taken not of in Homeroom. The student must be registered before attendance can be taken.
When a student is marked absent, it must be followed by selecting a reason for absence; each attendance reason has been classified as an authorized, excused, or unexcused absence.
SMS/Messaging allows authorized users to send an automated message to the parents of students who are absent and/or late.
Schools can set up their messaging system to send a message to parents’ mobiles, email addresses, or both.
MARK ENTRY P-12
Using the Mark Entry screen, users can enter student grades in all subjects, and modify them. In addition, “teacher” users can exempt student(s) from a specific subject or reporting period; add comments for students in the same class; record the absence of a student exam or entrance retry exam; and print the report card or student transcript.
STANDARDIZED TESTS (EMSA)
The Standardized Testing – Advanced module allows the storing of test details and student’s test result details. There is also the ability to import this information into the Mark Entry screens.
SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS (SPED)
SpEd Lite is a module that helps school users to collect information about Special Needs students in their school. This also includes Gifted and Talented students.

The screen consists of six blocks. The first block allows the user to enter student Eligibilities, where the primary and secondary student cases (if exist) are described in detail.
The other five blocks describe details about the environment the student is in; any related services that are required based on the student case; any Supplementary Aids that were provided to the student; all important visits from any specialists; and various details about the Individual Educational Plan (IEP) (if it exists).
In addition, many statistical and collective reports were developed to help SEN administrators plan and make decisions and keep thorough track of SEN students and their details.
The Student Fees screen demonstrates student fee assignments for their current school, as well as their previous school(s).
It also enables the user to print a Fees statement report that summarizes all payment and adjustment transactions for every fee code and displays the total and outstanding fee amounts.
The Medical screen is used to house all necessary medical information pertaining to the student. This information includes life threatening illness, allergies, and medication(s) taken by the student.
Assignments can be created, deleted, or updated
The Student Assessment Record provides a view of all students and their marks by assignment for the selected class. All assignments relevant to the teacher’s classes, and all students taught by the teacher, can be accessed through the Student Assessment Record. Assignments can be created, deleted, or updated.
Classes can be attached to assignments, allowing the students in an attached class to become available for grading on the attached assignment.
The aims of using the Transportation module are to:
- Regulate the movement of buses and the routes to and from the school.
- Create data records for each bus route, bus driver, and the monitor in charge.
- Create data records for the daily movement of each student.
- Create data records for both student and teacher parking, if any.
- Create data records in case of the use of an alternative route.
- Print Transportation reports that show:
- Student Transportation Routes
- Student Transportation by Route
- Student Transportation Modes
The Behavior module records both positive and negative behavior and provides users a more balanced profile of the student behavior.
Being able to track positive behavior of a student has been identified as one of the most efficient tools of classroom management.
Positive behavior management not only encourages students who are already excelling, but also pushes the average performers and struggling students who often lack confidence and need more positive reinforcement.
Certain students may have more difficulties in school, and may exhibit negative behavior as a result. The Track Behavior module helps to identify these students and actively offer the assistance and support they require.
Student Awards are used to recognize the outstanding athletic and academic accomplishments of your students, as well as their exceptional involvement and leadership in school and community initiatives and extra-curricular activities.
The Student Awards module in eSISJX® allows schools to maintain a detailed listing of all awards that a student has earned during their academic career.
The eSIS Class Scheduler has been developed to assist schools in building course- and class-based schedules for each Homeroom.
