This Document has been prepared by Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) it has the structure and the provisions of the Master Procurement Documents, except where ADEC-specific considerations have required a change.

This document facilitates registration and prequalification of ADEC-Suppliers to ensure that only firms with appropriate experience, a proven track record, and necessary annual turnover which are free of any major pending litigation will be invited for bidding. This document can be used with minimum changes as it does not contain explanations, footnotes or examples. 

The Registration & Prequalification Application Form is a part of Prequalification Document and the Applicant is expected to examine all instructions, templates and terms as to furnish ADEC with all information or documentation required for the purpose of registration and prequalification.

Applicants will be prequalified as to be able to participate in ADEC-tenders for a specified size and scope following an objective evaluation of their submitted applications.
